"Ghostly Footsteps" -
Video was shot 30 minutes into a lockdown. We had video cameras covering every room, door and hallway. As well as some motion detectors, geiger counters, and audio recorders throughout, basically no one could have walked around without being seen, it just wasn't possible.
Both video cameras are in the same area shooting different angles no more then 10 feet apart. These 2 cameras are the only 2 that picked this up. Both videos are more about the audio as you will see so turn up your volume. We believe this being may have manifested nearby which caused the feedback and distortion in both camcorders. Neither had a problem before or after this event. Cam2 is very noticeable, Cam 1 is a quick blip as the steps are happening.
