Pictures taken by MPIA are seriously scrutinized for authenticity before being posted. There are many external lighting and reflection issues that can result in a false positive picture. We try to rule out all factors before posting pictorial evidence.  Pictures posted must not be altered in any way.  Integrity is very important to us and any evidence must pass a very rigorous set of validations before we will post it to our site.
